[Error: unknown template qotd] Oh this is such a difficult question. If any of you know anything about me, you'll know that I grew up on The Beatles and the following solo careers and regard them as my favorite artists of all time. To pick a single song is extremely difficult, but I'll give it a shot. I think For No One might be my favorite Beatles song of his, though I also love the Medley at the end of Abbey Road. On his solo career, I think Wanderlust from the album Tug of War might be my favorite. I love the plaintive quality to his voice, the almost palpable ache that permeates it. Tug of War is an incredibly emotional album, not only because of his tribute to Lennon, but also because of songs like this and Ebony and Ivory, his duet with Stevie Wonder. This song always twists my heart and puts me in a very pensive mood. All of his songs reach me in some way, but I'd say this is probably one of the most touching for me.
